Marty McKenna talks about the massive divide amongst the cast
MARTY McKenna has revealed a “massive divide” is set to ruin Geordie Shore since Charlotte Crosby sensationally quit.
In the wake of Charlotte’s decision to leave, the 21-year-old fears the show will suffer following the personal situation that surrounded her exit.
The 26-year-old first revealed she wouldn’t be returning on Twitter last week.
After suffering an ectopic pregnancy while her on/off lover Gaz Beadle was away filming Ex On The Beach, she blasted: “Sadly because a certain some1 can’t admit to being in the wrong…I have made the very hard decision to leave the show.”
Prior to joining the rest of the cast in Magaluf on Sunday to film series 13, Marty told The Sun Online: “There’s going to be a big massive divide between the boys and girls – the show will suffer! I’m really apprehensive, me. It’s not going to be the same.”
“The girls are going to turn on Gaz. It’s awkward though, I share a room with the lads but Chloe [Ferry] is my best mate. I don’t know how it’ll f***ing work? I’ll just stay in the middle, me.”
Although Charlotte has since stated she’s made the “worst decision of her life” leaving the show, Marty is still in disbelief at her decision.
“I thought she was just saying she’d leave cause she was pissed off,” he added.
“I didn’t think she’d actually go through with it. It’ll be weird without her just chilling there and that, she was always the one making us all laugh. It’s mad.”
As the cast started filming for the next series on Monday night, it soon ended in disaster with Holly Hagan having a major meltdown in the street.
Her late night antics came as the reality star appeared to have discovered that a pal had broken the sacred friend code and had been sleeping with her ex.
An onlooker overheard her screaming: “Are you kidding, I’ve just heard that she’s been f***ing shagging my ex!”
