Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler claims he’s in talks for I’m A Celeb after it moves to Wales

KATIE Price's ex Kieran Hayler claims he's in talks for I'm A Celeb after it was revealed it will be held in Wales this year.

The former stripper, 33, says he would "love"; to be part of the line-up.

If it goes ahead, Kieran will be following in the footsteps of his former wife Katie, 42, who met her first husband Peter Andre, 47, on the series in 2004.

Speaking about the chance of signing up to the 2020 series, Kieran told this week's New! magazine: "I’d love to go on I’m A Celeb. I think there have been talks but I don’t know for sure

"I’d love to do it because I’m into the outdoors anyway so for me it would be really cool. I think it’s just the eating stuff I’d be a bit rubbish at - and it’s closer to home now I’ve heard!"

Proving that he has been preparing in case he gets called up, he added: "I am older, wiser and slimmer now - bootcamp fit for the jungle!"

Fans will hope that Kieran will dish all of the gossip on Katie if he goes on the show.

The Sun exclusively revealed how due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year's I'm A Celebrity will be filmed at Gwrych Castle, in North Wales.

Kieran also talked about how his and Katie's kids are "affected" by the number of boyfriends she has.

He is the father of her youngest children Jett and Bunny and said he hopes her latest lover Carl Woods is here to stay following their whirlwind romance.

Katie has been married to Peter, Alex Reid and Kieran - and her most recent serious relationship was with personal trainer Kris Boyson.

He told New Magazine: "It would be great for them to have a stable man on that side – or no man!

"One of the two. Either no man or a long-term man. I just want the kids to be happy and I want them to go there and for it to be nice.

"It can affect the kids with different people in and out of their lives.

"I’m hoping that Carl is here to stay."

After moving in Charles Drury for a short-lived romance before going back out with Kris for another try, Katie ended up single again in 2020.

In May, she vowed to keep her next boyfriend out of the public eye after insisting her exes "used her for fame".

She met her new man - former Love Island star - Carl in June after being introduced through mutual friends at celeb hotspot Sheesh, Chigwell.

After a complicated six-hour operation on her broken feet last week, Katie posted a snap from her hospital bed with Carl by her side.

She says she'll be with him for "the rest of my life" after his love and support throughout her trauma.

The mum-of-five broke both feet while on holiday in Turkey.
