LOOSE Women's Saira Khan shared her epic lockdown body transformation but it is her bedroom decorations that has caught people's attention.
Saira, 50, regularly kept her fans updated on her lockdown life, including her gruelling workout regimen.
She would regularly show off her progress, posing for pics in her stunning bedroom, which features and interesting choice of decor.
Above her lavish bed is a framed photo of the TV presenter posing in lingerie.
Saira can be seen lying on her stomach in the black underwear set and cupping her chin in her hand, while staring sultrily into the camera.
The mum-of-two renovated her house last year and "realised a dream" of creating a home she had wanted since she was a child.
She worked closely with her old friend Jo Steed to created bespoke furniture for her house.
The stylish pad boasts walls painted in muted colours of grey and white, while Saira has made sure to match the curtains, rugs, bedding and some fixtures to the grey hues.
Her incredible open plan living room is well lit through a big skylight and features a dark wood, floor to ceiling bookshelf that runs along the entire wall.
Keeping with her great taste, Saira has decorated the room with modern artwork and tropical plants.
A pop of colour comes from the dark teal sofa and bright throw cushions.
The open plan room opens onto a grey patio and enormous grassy backyard where Saira regularly posts her intense workout videos.
The TV star recently turned 50 and told her followers how she stays looking good.
In a candid post, she wrote: "So many women when they hit 50+ say they feel invisible.
"My advice is to reconnect with your passions, do the things that bring you joy and put you in a good place."
Fitness enthusiast Saira has been sharing home workout videos in a bid to help her followers exercise safely.
She shared: "I'm just a little bit concerned that so many of us are exercising at home without supervision.
"We're following personal trainers, and they're doing high intensity exercises, and if you're not doing the form properly you could really do yourself an injury."
