JON GOSSELIN claims he lost 15 pounds all thanks to the Keto diet and nutrition supplements.
The former reality TV star took to his Stories and revealed that he has shed some weight thanks to a variety of reasons.
Jon, 43, wrote: "I lost 15 pounds in two months, have mental clarity, and although I'm on Keto, I'm replacing all missed nutrients that I cannot consume due to Carbs.
"All my GI issues are resolved. Feeling great everyday.
"Sleep is amazing and I pop every morning ready to start my day!"
The 43-year-old also shared a photo alongside his longtime girlfriend Colleen Conrad at dinner.
He wrote: "Dinner with my love @colleen.conrad122 at @rhythmandspiritsac look at this pork chop!!!"
is best known for the classic TLC reality show , along with his ex-wife Kate Gosselin and their eight kids.
The former pair tied the knot in 1999 and went their separate ways in 2009 as they claimed the other had been unfaithful during their relationship.
They are now in a bitter custody battle as , Joel, Alexis and Leah live with , while two of their kids, Hannah and Collin, live with Jon.
As for their two eldest kids, twins and Cara, they've decided to stay with their mom when they're back home from college.
While Jon has continued to deal with his ex-wife, 45, over the years, he has also had to .
Recently Jon took to his social media account with a warning for those who try to bash him in the comments.
He wrote: "PSA: Those who troll my account will be blocked. Not dealing with stupid comments anymore."
Jon may also be touching on his "$1.3 million" custody battle in his as he revealed he is working on one.
While on podcast earlier this year, Jon said that he "been working on a book for a long time” but isn't sure when he will release it.
He explained: “I’m not sure how I’m gonna finish it because I still have teenagers.
“I don’t know if I want to finish it after they graduate or before they graduate. So, it depends on the ending of that.”
He continued: "It’s not an easy battle. I had shared custody. I lost some kids. I had joint legal, I lost legal.
"I got legal back. By the time —when Hannah was 12 years old, she wanted to live with me, so then I had to go get legal again.

"And then I got shared custody. And then, all of a sudden, now I got primary of her."
Jon added: “I’ve been through nine attorneys. I’ve probably spent $1.3 million in court, back and forth with everything else.
“And then I got sole custody of Collin. Kate has no contact with him. So, there was a whole bunch of stuff that happened with him.”
