Angellica Bell admits she’d love the ‘challenge’ of competing on Strictly Come Dancing
WORKING on The One Show not only perfects hosts’ presenting skills, but also seemingly their ability to dance the tango, rumba and pasodoble.
Over the past few years, show stalwarts Christine Lampard, Matt Baker and current host Alex Jones have all graced the Strictly dancefloor – so could Angellica Bell be up next?
In an exclusive chat, she said: “I like challenges, so who knows?
“I can’t imagine ever learning steps but I like clubbing and think I’m quite a good dancer. But that doesn’t mean it will translate to Strictly.”
However, the dance show’s bosses might have trouble securing her signing.
The former CBBC presenter, who is married to telly-host-turned-teacher Michael Underwood, revealed that she has been forced to turn down media work in the past to put the welfare of her two young children first.

Angellica, who is helping the BT Skills For Tomorrow initiative by teaching children to explore the web safely, added: “You have to make sacrifices. I don’t have any help.
“I have my family and we juggle it and so it means sometimes I can’t take a job because Michael will be working that day.
“I have turned down jobs if it doesn’t work around us.”
