Jake Hall pictured in hospital as he thanks fans on Twitter after being stabbed
Towie star assures fans: ‘I’m getting better’
DEFIANT Jake Hall took to social media from his hospital bed to thank fans for their support after being stabbed with a broken bottle in a Marbella nightclub.
It seemed a bit touch and go for the 24-year-old TOWIE star, who almost lost a kidney after being wounded in his right side when he was caught up in a fight between two rival gangs.
Uploading a snap to Twitter however, he can be seen smiling and giving the thumbs up as he lays hooked up to various medical machines.
Alongside it in a message to his 156,000 followers, he said: "Thank you so much for everyone's amazing support and getting me through this.
"I'm getting better thank to everyone."
Jake was rushed to the intensive care unit in the early hours of Monday by worried pals after claims he "ran out" of swanky hotspot Aqwa Mist when things were kicking off.
Passer-by Laura Wohlgemuth said: "We saw it. Jake ran out of Aqwa Mist as we were walking in and into a car. Blood was everywhere. "
She told the Scottish Daily Record: “Thought we weren’t going to get in but they just got a hose out and washed away blood.”
