Piers Morgan sends followers wild with handsome snap of his son Bertie who fans confuse for Tom Cruise
PIERS Morgan sent fans wild with a handsome photo of his youngest son Bertie - with some confusing the teen for Tom Cruise.
The 55-year-old star shared a snap of himself and 19-year-old Bertie playing chess in Saint Tropez yesterday.
In the post, Bertie is teasing a flash of his toned abs in an unbuttoned white shirt, with a cup of coffee in hand as he looks down at the game.
The sun-drenched garden of their holiday home can be seen behind him - with Piers' bare foot also sneaking into the shot.
The Good Morning Britain presenter captioned the post: "He took the bait… checkmate."
Bertie was clearly embarrassed by his loss, commenting: "Shambles".
Big brother Spencer, 27, had his back though, writing: "To be fair must have been hard to concentrate opposite big foot".
But the rest of Piers' followers were blown away by the hunky photo - with several jokingly asking where he got his good looks from.
Others compared him to Hollywood hunk Tom Cruise, with one writing: ";At first glance I thought this was Tom Cruise."
A second agreed: "I thought it was Tom Cruise."
One more wrote: "He definitely has a likeness to Tom Cruise."
Another swooned: "Oh wow, does he belong to you?! You do produce some handsome men in the Morgan family."

And it appears that Piers has accepted his son's striking looks, with one follower writing: "But he is the better looking Morgan", and the star replying: "He is, but I'd rather be better at chess."
Piers shares Bertie, Spencer, and 23-year-old Stanley with ex-wife Marion Shalloe, and is also dad to eight-year-old Elise with wife Celia Walden.
