Scott Thomas gets stuck into Love Island life with the show’s first kiss

SCOTT Thomas started his Love Island adventure with a cheeky smooch as his soap star brother Adam revealed the racy scenes were “hard to watch.”
The sexy sibling to both Emmerdale hunk Adam and Ryan – who stars as Corrie’s Jason Grimshaw – was warned by the pair to behave while on the sun-soaked reality show.

Yet it didn’t take him long to set his sights on Miss Great Britain Zara Holland and request a sneaky snog.

Viewers saw the Mancunian entrepreneur get close with the blonde as they snuggled around the toasty fire pit with their co-stars.
Brazen Scott then went in for the kill and said: “Do you mind if I kiss you?”
Zara replied: “OK,” before the pair locked lips on their first night.
Earlier he had told his housemates: “I’m going to throw this out there now and I mean this genuinely but I want to be the first person to kiss on Love Island.”

Immediately after the ITV2 show took to air, Adam took to Twitter to show his red-faced support.
He wrote: “Well that was hard to watch,” followed by two laughing Monkey Emojis and added: “So far so good bro,” with a fist punch icon.
Adam wasn’t the only celeb to give Scott his backing.

Ryan’s fellow Corrie co-star Brooke Vincent, who plays Sophie Webster in the ITV show, wrote: “Here he is!!! Our one and only @scottyspecial come on my brother!!!” while Page Three babe Rhian Sugden added: “Yessss @scottyspecial pleased for you!!”

Earlier in the week, Scott revealed his brothers had pleaded with him not to embarrass them on the show.

Scott, 27, said: “My brothers are like my best mates.
“Obviously they were a little bit cautious. They want to be taken seriously as actors, especially now my brother is leaving.”
He added to Digital Spy: “The one thing he said is be careful when you have a drink because obviously that’s when I let myself down sometimes.”

Meanwhile as the show kicked off with 11 unlucky-in-love candidates last night, beauty Marlin was left disappointed.
Twitter users declared the curvy brunette the prettiest of the females yet she wasn’t picked by any of the men – despite stepping forward four times.
Speaking afterwards about her rejection, she told Zara: “I have been pied off four times today – it’s a bit of a reality check.
“I feel like f**king s**t now. I feel really self-conscious now because no-one wants me.”

Taking to Twitter to kick off about what they were seeing, one viewer wrote: “Are these guys blind? Malin is stunning, the hottest girl by far #LoveIsland.”
