Todd Chrisley’s son Kyle gets close to daughter Chloe after ending years-long feud with famous family
TODD Chrisley’s son Kyle has reunited with his daughter Chloe after ending years-long feud with the famous family.
The Chrisley patriarch has had custody of their adorable granddaughter after Kyle's long battle with drug addiction.
Kyle, 28, took to Instagram on Monday to share an adorable picture of him and his estranged daughter, Chloe.
Along with their two smiling faces, the proud father wrote: "Isn’t she the cutest thing you’ve ever seen?"
fans took to the comments to praise the father and even said the two look "so much alike."
Chloe has been a star of the USA show for a couple of seasons after Todd gained custody of their granddaughter.
The self-made millionaire took Chloe in after Kyle was arrested and charged with assault when the child was just one year old.
Angela Johnson, Chloe's mom, was then arrested as well when she allegedly claimed Chloe as a dependent to defraud Medicaid and food stamps.
At the time of Kyle's arrest, Angela and Todd had custody of the child but once Angela was also arrested, Todd got full custody.
Kyle has also led a troubled life as he struggled with drug addiction for years.
";Kyle is bipolar and normally, people that are bipolar, they seek out a way to self-medicate, which is what Kyle has done since he’s been young,” Todd told in 2014.
He was also accused by Angela of being abusive, recalling various incidents where she claimed he choked her when she was pregnant and threatened to stab her while she held their daughter.
The second eldest Chrisley child was also arrested and charged in 2019 with felony possession of methamphetamine after police discovered a pouch of meth hidden in his car.
There was also an outstanding open warrant for Kyle in Dekalb County, Georgia, after he allegedly made death threats against his estranged wife, Alexus Chrisley.
Before his arrest, Kyle revealed he has no relationship with his family.
"I do not talk to my family but I wish them nothing but the best," he told .
"I have moved on with my life. I am just going to be the best father and husband that I can be."
He even went as far as claiming that his father used Chloe for ratings.
"My dad showed no interest in Chloe at all until the show and until it was pointed out that having a mixed race child and getting her and all that would be good for his demographic," he told the Daily Mail.
"He didn’t want to see her before then. He said he wanted nothing to do with her."
However, Todd has denied the accusations.
"Chloe is our family, and we are glad that the world gets to see such a beautiful child grow, explore and come into herself so brilliantly through love and respect," he told Us Weekly.

However, Kyle and his family reconciled last summer while Todd and Julie were being investigated for possible tax evasion.
He has been visiting the family more often these days and spending some one-on-one time with his daughter.
The 28-year-old also makes cameos from time to time on the show.
Kyle - and his sister Lindsie - is the son of Todd and Teresa Terry, Todd's first wife.
