GEORDIE Shore's Sophie Kasaei broke down in tears as she detailed her "excruciating" endometriosis battle.
The Geordie Shore star, 30, said the condition was like someone "stabbing you in your ovaries" as wiped away tears on Thursday.
The reality beauty said she "can't live with the pain" and she cannot wait for the pandemic restrictions to be lifted so she can access treatment.
Sophie told her Instagram followers: "Obviously anyone who suffers from endometriosis, like it's so painful.
"I've just done a PT session and I had to leave because the pain I've just felt driving home - honestly, I can't describe that pain.
"Like it's the most excruciating pain, like someone's got a knife and stabbing you in your ovaries. It's absolutely horrendous. I'm still shaking because it's just so painful.
"I just want to talk about endometriosis because it's so painful when you're on your period. I'm usually all right in the month but when the time comes, I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
"I just can't wait for this to be sorted. I can't wait for the Covid thing to be over because I can't live with this pain."
The Scottish Sun launched a campaign, in partnership with Endometriosis UK, to raise awareness of the condition in a
Endometriosis occurs when cells like the ones in the lining of the womb (uterus) are found elsewhere in the body - but unlike the cells in the womb that leave the body as a period, the blood has no way to escape.
This causes inflammation, pain and formation of scar tissue which can significantly impact daily life.
Symptoms of endometriosis can vary in intensity but include painful, irregular or heavy periods, fatigue, infertility and pain during or after sex.
Painful bowel movements are also common.
Sophie revealed her diagnosis in March, where she vowed to support other suffers of the condition that affects one in 10 women in the UK.
She said at the time: "Guys honestly it means so much to me that you are all supporting my recent news about finding out I have #Endometriosis
"I still don’t no [sic] too much about my condition but I promise I will learn more and help and support any other girls going through this."
She rounded off her emotional message with the words: "Love you," and an Emoji love heart.
