Katie Price’s fury after ex Kris Boyson ‘uses’ son Harvey ‘to look good’ in front of fans with public Instagram message
KATIE Price has been left furious after her ex Kris Boyson sent her son Harvey a get well soon message on Instagram last night.
The 42-year-old star lashed out at the personal trainer's "cheap" words on her own social media page, with sources telling The Sun Online that she is fuming with the display.
The insider explained: "Katie hasn't heard from Kris and neither have her friends or family.
"If he really cared, he'd contact her in private to ask about Harvey and send his well wishes that way.
"Instead he put on Instagram. She thinks he's doing it to look good in front of fans. She's fuming he'd use her son in this way."
And the former glamour model has let her feelings be known, sharing a screenshot of Kris's Instagram post to her own Story and adding: "@KrisBoyson this is such a cheap way of wanting press on the back of my son being in intensive care to give yourself media coverage and to make it look like you care!
"You could of messaged privately to me or my family and still haven't!
"You didn't care if my kids had a mum or not due to your actions four months ago so go f**k yourself, you fame-hungry, wannabe t**t."
Katie was left devastated at the weekend when her 18-year-old son was rushed to hospital after his temperature shot to 42C and he struggled to breathe.
Yesterday she confirmed that Harvey had not tested positive for coronavirus, but that he is still in intensive care due to his "complex" medical condition.
Taking to Instagram last night, Kris had written: "No matter what happens in the past I wish my little mate a speedy recovery."
He added Harvey's initials "HP" and a heart emoji.
Katie's other exes, Kieran Hayler and Peter Andre, have also shared their well-wishes for Harvey on Instagram - with The Sun Online previously revealing the star was fuming Harvey's estranged dad Dwight Yorke had not reached out.
Kris and Katie enjoyed a whirlwind romance, even getting engaged last July before their bitter split in November 2019.
Earlier this year, Katie lashed out at Kris's new girlfriend Bianca Gascoigne, and last month she and Kris hit the headlines after she confronted him at his house.
The reality star was accused of "ranting and raving" and trying to force her way in - but responded by releasing a video where she is seen calmly asking Kris to "tell the truth".
However, Kris shared footage of the extensive camera set-up recording his house - hinting that he had a different version of events on film.
He wrote: "If you're going to release CCTV at least make sure the opposite party hasn't got the FULL UNEDITED audio version from inside and outside the property first!"
Kris called the police once Katie left, with the pair's relationship remaining on bad terms.
