KATIE Price's ex Kieran Hayler says his critically ill stepson Harvey is the "strongest boy he knows" as he battles an illness in intensive care.
The reality star's eldest son - who suffers from Pader-Willi Syndrome and is partially blind and has autism - was admitted into intensive care on Sunday.
Despite having a tumultuous split with Katie in 2018, Kieran has sent his best wishes to his former stepson.
Underneath a post where Katie updated fans on his condition, Kieran wrote: "Strongest boy I know ❤️🐸"
Kieran is dad to Katie's youngest kids, Jett, six, and Bunny, four.
Harvey's worried mum confirmed that he had tested negative for coronavirus after he was rushed to hospital at the weekend with a 42C fever and breathing problems.
However, Harvey remains in intensive care with a "complex medical condition".
She called the teen "brave" and a "fighter" having previously shared her anguish at being unable to remain at his bedside due to coronavirus restrictions.
Harvey will be in hospital "for at least a week" as doctors monitor his condition round the clock.
This is the second time he has needed hospital treatment in two weeks after he fell ill at Princess’s 13th birthday at her Surrey home.

Harvey experienced chest pains that felt like “pins and needles” and was later sent home after being diagnosed with a chest infection.
Yesterday, Katie's former flames came together to give their well wishes to Harvey.
Peter Andre also said he was "praying" for former stepson Harvey by sharing a hands together emoji.
Ex Kris wrote: "No matter what happens [sic] in the past, I wish my little mate a speedy recovery."
Katie's son Junior, 15, and daughter Princess, 13, have also sent their love to older brother Harvey on social media.
