Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson grows close to Our Girl star Sean Sagar
JESY Nelson split from her long-term boyfriend Chris Hughes at the beginning of lockdown but that doesn’t mean she has been lonely.
The Little Mix singer has grown close to Our Girl actor Sean Sagar after spending quality time with him during the pandemic.
Our exclusive snap shows the rising star sneaking out of Jesy’s pad last week sporting shades and a cap.
As well as the hit BBC1 Army drama, Sean has appeared in ITV drama Sticks And Stones and Guy Ritchie crime caper The Gentlemen.
Sean and Jesy have been spending time together as a pair and also chilling with a group of mutual pals including plus-size model Felicity Hayward.
They started hanging out soon after Jesy cut ties with Love Islander Chris in April. That brought to an end almost 18 months of dating.
A source said: “Jesy and Sean have really hit it off. They’ve got the same sense of humour and he’s been making her smile.
“He’s told his mates he thinks she’s really hot and fun to be with.
“Their special bond has cheered him up too, as all his acting work had been put on hold due to Coronavirus.
“So hanging out with Jesy has made him really happy again. But Jesy has insisted he’s just a mate to her.”
A spokesman for Little Mix said: “Jesy has adamantly denied that she is dating Sean Sagar and states that they are just friends.”
Jesy has previously dated dancer Jordan Banjo, Jake Roche of Rixton and Push Baby, former Towie cast member Chris Clark and musician Harry James.
Earlier this year the star said she is not interested in settling down right now, adding: “I don’t like rushing things. You should do it at your own pace when things feel right.”
Asked if she was ready for kids, Jesy added: “They’ve never really been on my agenda.
“Maybe when I’m older I might change my mind. Right now I can’t think of anything worse.
“I feel like a kid myself, so it’s quite a scary thought having kids.
“I don’t think I’m ever not going to feel like a child myself.”

Una's up for fun
AFTER a few years of being unlucky in love, Una Healy is dating again.
We can reveal the former Saturdays singer has been on a date with dashing lawyer Tom Phillips, who four years ago was named “most wanted single” on the dating app Happn.
The news comes in the wake of Una splitting from her Irish fella David Breen, a professional hurler, back in March after a year together.
She is looking for The One after dumping her love-rat ex-husband Ben Foden, the ex-England rugby star and dad of her two kids, in July 2018 for cheating on her.
A music source said: “Una and Tom met through mutual friends and have enjoyed a romantic evening out.
"It’s early days but he is smitten.”
We’re not surprised. Una is gorgeous.

He said: “Stacey has been working and I’m getting really jealous of her now that she gets to go out to work.
"It’s been an excuse to sit and play my PlayStation and just watch Netflix, but now I wish I could be performing.
“I think this is the least fit I’ve ever been right now.”
Adele sells her soul
AS ADELE prepares to unleash her next highly anticipated heartbreak album, the star is planning a brand new sound.
The slimmed down singer, who separated from husband Simon Konecki last year, has hired legendary US R&B producer Raphael Saadiq to oversee her new album.
Adele is also planning a collab with his close pal, American superstar crooner John Legend, after laying down some initial tracks in his Hollywood studio.
A music source said: “Adele is pouring her heart and soul into this record, including how she feels post-divorce.
“She’s been a fan of Raphael since she was a teenager and loves his back catalogue. She wants her next album to be full of soul, with a more eclectic sound.”
We can’t wait to hear it.
The one in the little black catsuit
IT was Posh Spice's shiny black catsuit from the Say You’ll Be There video that first caught hubby David Beckham’s eye.
Celebrating the couple’s anniversary yesterday, he reminisced in a gushing message on Instagram: “Well, about 23 years ago I was in a room with Gary Neville, and the Spice Girls were on TV.
"I turned to him and said, ‘Ohhh I like that one in the little black catsuit.’
"Who’d have thought that all these years later we are celebrating 21 years of marriage.”
So Mots for tea?
STRICTLY’s Motsi Mabuse is to show off her prowess in the kitchen.
The dance judge is taking part in BBC1’s Best Home Cook, starring Mary Berry and Claudia Winkleman.
A telly source said: “Motsi’s really excited and nervous to be taking part as it will be her first big TV project away from Strictly and a chance to show more of her personality.
“She’s a mother so she cooks regularly at home for her family, but being filmed doing it is another matter.
"Shooting is set to commence as soon as restrictions are lifted.”
At least that will give her time to practice.
