EastEnders’ Natalie Cassidy looks slimmer than ever after three-stone weight loss as she shops in London
EASTENDERS star Natalie Cassidy looked slimmer than ever as she was spotted shopping in London.
The 37-year-old actress recently lost a staggering three stone in weight.
Natalie, who is best known for playing Sonia Fowler in the BBC soap, looked great as she dressed casually in a light blue top and cream trousers.
With her hair tied back in a ponytail, the mum-of-two seemed focused on running her errands for the day.
Natalie turned heads earlier this year as she flaunted her weight loss in a sleek black suit at the National TV Awards.
After dropping from a size 16 to size 8, she told The Sun she feels "much more confident and comfortable".
"I have learnt how to eat and how to be comfortable with who I am."
She credits training for the London Marathon last year with helping her lose the extra pounds, as well as ditching unhealthy treats like cheese and crisps.
Additionally, the star decided to ditch alcohol as much as she could in a bid to lose weight.
She said: "I cut out rubbish. I cut down on alcohol too, even though I love white wine."
The cast of EastEnders returned to work this week but are socially distancing in line with new regulations.

The ongoing coronavirus pandemic halted production on all soaps back in March, with the number of weekly episodes slashed in an effort to keep the show on air for as long as possible.
But EastEnders' final pre-lockdown episode aired on June 16, forcing the soap to go off air for the first time in its 35-year history.
With filming resuming, following new health and safety guidelines, fans have been promised four 20-minute shows a week as of September.
Final scenes of the soap saw Sonia struggling to cope without Bex.
Feeling desperately lonely, Sonia decided it was time to search for her long lost father Terry.
