Former Phats & Small star Ben formed the group with other 90s stars - Dane Bowers, 40, from Another Level, Boyzone’s Shane Lynch, 43, and Five’s Abz Love, 40.

Vanessa lovingly looked on as she watched Ben perform, before grabbing the mic herself.

Ben was singing live for fans on Instagram, saying: "Birthday vibez, gonna go live."

The couple couldn't stop smiling as they danced together singing "Baby Can I Hold You Tonight".

Ben's bandmates then gave him a birthday shoutout as they continued with their special performance.

Posting a snap of him and Vanessa on the red carpet, Ben wrote: "Wifey for lifey".

They got together 14 years ago, but haven't tied the knot - yet.

Ben told OK! Magazine: "You know what, if it isn’t broken, why fix it?

"In the 14 years Vanessa and I have been together, we’ve seen so many friends get married and after a while we thought, 'This is working the way it is.'

"If we do get married, who knows, but not at the moment."

But he joked: "I need a wedding band. That’s why we’ve reformed."

The foursome came together to make music years after having 38 top ten singles between them at the height of their success.

Ben added: "When it comes to performers, I really do think they don’t make them like us any more.

"It was competitive, but we were all friends and hung out together and I don’t think this generation does that any more.

"The record labels are lazier now. They used to develop you. Now they want you to come as a developed product."
