Holly and Phil joke about her shapely landscaping on This Morning
THIS Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield couldn't resist a joke about Holly's "unruly bushes", as the pair took part in on a segment about lawnmowers and hedge trimmers.
The pair joined gadget reporter Steve Wilson on the Southbank outside the show's London studio, as he presented a review of the newest garden tools.
Ever the professionals, the duo remained straight-faced as Phillip quipped about the condition of Holly's own garden.
Phil, 54, asked: "Have you got unruly bushes?"
"No, mine are very smart," responded 35-year-old Holly, continuing the double-entendre. "I like them nicely shaped."
Steve then goes on to demonstrate how to use of one of the trimmers with the words: "Let's give it a little trim. How d'you like your bush?"
Holly answered: "Beautiful."
"That's gorgeous. That's a very lovely one," added Phil.
One ITV viewer remarked on Twitter: "Holly trying hard not to laugh at Phil asking if she has unruly bushes #thismorning #getgardenready".
The segment ends with Phil and Steve lying on a stretch of artificial grass, asking for "some Pimm's", after the guys bent down to see how soft the fake grass was.
Holly remarked: "You enjoying that? Good...
"And that's where we'll leave Steve and Phil to enjoy the summer sunshine."
Towie star Ferne appeared on today's show to announced the news that she's heading to Hollywood after landing an acting job at Cannes Film Festival.
Phil said: "Do you know what sort of a movie it is?" and Ferne answered: "Yes... What are those eyes for?"
Believing the grey-haired presenter was insinuating that Ferne was set to appear in a porn film, Holly exclaimed: "It's not an adult movie!"
Phil added: "I wasn't suggesting it was."
A shocked Ferne then responded: "It is absolutely not an adult movie."
