Gogglebox favourite Sandra Martin wants to go on Tattoo Fixers to get rid of ex’s inking on finger
TV star split from fiance last year and wants his name covered up
GOGGLEBOX star Sandra Martin wants to appear on Tattoo Fixers - to get rid of her ex's initials.
The bubbly TV favourite - who has been a hit with viewers of the Channel 4 show ever since her debut in March 2013 - split from her fiance Derek late last year, and taking to Twitter recently, Sandra revealed her plans to get rid of every trace of him.
She wrote: "Need to see TATTOOS FIXERS...TEK OFF DEREK INITIALS OF ME WEDDING FINGER AND PUT GOGGLEBOX NAME WRAP ROUND INSTEAD. .U GET ME BABES XXX"
The pundit, 53, popped the question to Derek over New Year last year, taking to Twitter to share her excitement over the news.
She wrote at the time: "congratulations is in order, sandragogglebox is officially ingaged to derekgogglebox he did not say yes but kept on smiling"
"wen I gave he a ringandting and said would you marry me,, the smile said it all,, dats good enough 4 me ,,,, we gonna celebrate later (sic)."
However it was reported the couple split before Christmas, but the grandmother has been keeping herself busy with her filming commitments and new jewellery line.
Sandra, who is known for wearing multiple big rings on her fingers including a gold airplane, set up her business Ringsandtings last year.
And on Monday night, the star dreamed of giving one of her pieces of bling to the Duchess of Cornwall.
She tweeted: "Went bed early. Wake up 3am and just wake again. DREAM OF SITTING NEXT TO WILLIAM AND KATE IN CINEMA. AND I GAVE HER ONE OF MY RING AND TING."
Sandra is also dreaming of appearing on another reality show once she gets her Derek tattoo fixed, making no secret of her desire to be part of Celebrity Big Brother.
She wrote: "Big brother soon back on.MY DREAMS IS TO GO ON INSIDE BIG BROTHER HOUSE. ONE DAY IT WILL HAPPEN ..MARK MY WORDS .EVEN WEN AM 60YEARS OLD."
Sandra would follow in the footsteps of fellow Gogglebox star George Gilbey, who appeared on the 14th series of the Channel 5 show in 2014.
George and his family were removed from the show due to his involvement, and despite her desire to be in the famous house, she doesn't want to end up in the same position with Gogglebox bosses.
She added: "But as you all may know. Am on gogglebox till 2018 so if gogglebox stop am go STRAIGHT TO BIG BROTHER HOUSE with out a DOUBT. U GET ME (sic).
On Monday Sandra reiterated her stance, saying: "Queen of gogglebox will not bite the hand dat FEEDS ME.DATS WHY AM NOT LEAVING GOGGLEBOX TO.GO IN BIG BROTHER HOUSE.
"Yes gogglebox posse.it would be nice to go in BIG BROTHER HOUSE. BUT BY TIME I FINISH GOGGLEBOX CONTRACT I WILL B 57 YEARS OLD. .U GET ME X (sic)."
