PREGNANT Kate Ferdinand has got back into training after revealing that she's expecting her first child with husband Rio.
The former Towie star, 29, who shares a YouTube Channel called alongside her hubby, took to Instagram this morning to tell fans that she isn't going to let her pregnancy stop her from keeping fit.

Kate had taken a long break from her daily workouts - with her last fitness video being posted over a month ago.
In her most recent Instagram snap, Kate looked glowing in a tight white vest and black sports leggings - which showed off her growing bump.
Rio, 41, went for a similar look to his other half - opting for a plain white t-shirt, some black shorts and trainers.
Kate captioned the post: "#Ad Guys, I’m back on today’s #FerdinandFitness! 🎉🥳💪🏻 Having not trained for a while this was a HARD challenge to come back to 😫 it was one of our toughest workouts yet with the help of @Ariel.uk Active to make you #FeelUnbeatable and see if the Active Pods can beat the sweat… 💦

The married couple's YouTube Channel boasts 19.1K subscribers.
The loved-up pair made the account back in March 2020, when lockdown restrictions were put in place, and have been keeping their followers fit with a range of workouts that they can follow at home.

They are tailored for all levels and completely free to use - so hopefully Kate will upload some mum-to-be friendly content for any women who are also expecting.
It comes after last week's announcement that Kate and Rio are expecting their first child together who was conceived during lockdown.
The couple also shared the heartwarming moment they revealed their happy news to the rest of the family.
Kate, who has suffered early bouts of morning sickness, secretly filmed the moment they told Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and nine-year-old Tia – Rio’s kids with late wife Rebecca.

The kids were seen screaming and jumping up and down with excitement as they were told they're getting a new brother or sister.
In the video the kids don't realise they're on camera while leafing through a family photo album.
On it is written: "Now for the next chapter, guess what?" - before Kate says: "I'm pregnant."
As the children jump around in shock, Kate stands up to show off her small bump and says: "Have you not noticed guys?"

The three children couldn't believe it. Tia started chanting: "Sister, sister," while the boys were in shock and kept asking: "Are you actually?"
Kate captioned the sweet video: "The crazy house is about to get a little bit crazier... every time I watch this it makes me cry, the best reaction. Baby Ferdy we are all so excited to meet you."
