DELIGHTED Dermot O'Leary celebrated becoming a dad for the first time.
The presenter's wife Dee, 41, gave birth to a baby boy on Tuesday, June 23, weighing 6lb 13oz.
"Welcome to the world baby Koppang O’Leary..." said 47-year-old Dermot.
"We’re delighted to announce that we’ve had a baby!
"A little boy born on Tuesday 23rd June 2020 (Sankthansaften / Midsummer for you Norwegians) at 8.19am, weighing in at 6lb 13oz.
"Enjoying the cuddles in the newborn bubble... cats yet to be 100% convinced. Lots of love, Dermot & Dee x."
The X Factor host announced the couple were expecting a baby in February - 18 years after they first met.
They're yet to reveal the child's name, but for the moment are calling him after his double-barrelled surname, Baby Koppang O'Leary.
Today Dermot shared a sweet snap of a babygrow with the word: "Koppang O'Leary Productions. Est 2020."
The couple announced their baby's arrival on Sankthansaften - Saint John’s Eve - which marks the longest day of the year and is a sign of rebirth and renewed life.
Dermot's celebrity friends sent their congratulations on the new arrival.
Emma Willis sent love hearts, while Holly Willoughby gushed: "Congratulations.. Love you both. Welcome to the world Baby Koppang O'Leary, can't wait for snuggles."
Scarlett Moffatt said: "Congratulations to you both."
Ore Oduba added: "Delighted!! Absolutely over the moon for you all. CONGRAULATIONS Koppang O'Learys."
Daisy Lowe said: "Congratulations, sending all the love."
Dee met her presenter husband at a TV production company.
He proposed to her during a romantic trip to New York in November 2011.
They tied the knot in September 2012, a whole decade after first meeting.
They got wed in an intimate ceremony at St Mary's Church in Chiddingstone.
