Another Love Island star to ditch his clothes and get pulses racing on the hot day was Scott Thomas.

The PR guru listened to some Tupac in his car to motivate himself before his outdoor workout in sunny Manchester.

Before dropping to the ground for some hardcore weight work, Scott took a moment to lower his grey shorts to show off his six-pack to his fans.

But he explained the sexy selfie was not to show off but because he was "buzzing off what I've achieved".

"I think it's important to celebrate your wins, but I wanted to prove every other skinny man out there, string beans that if you work hard you can achieve your goals."

He’s now gone six months without booze after an incident at Christmas which forced him to jet off on holiday on his own to tackle his demons.

Scott revealed: “Last year at Christmas, I had a blow out that nearly cost me a client, it nearly cost me my business, my relationships with my team, my business partner and basically these blow outs, my body was telling me ‘this isn’t for you anymore. You are capable of so much better and every time you want to go out and drink, I’m going to punish you’.”

He added: “There’s no way I was losing the business that I worked so hard for and I wasn’t letting this demon jeopardise that any more."
