RHOC’s Jim Edmonds slams ‘abusive’ marriage to Meghan King and says new girlfriend Kortnie saved him from ‘dark place’
REAL Housewives of Orange County's Jim Edmonds hasn't taken kindly to being blanked by his ex-wife Meghan King on Father's Day.
The 49-year-old retired baseball player slammed his "abusive and loveless" marriage after she failed to credit him on Sunday, despite sharing three children together.
went on to credit his O'Connor - whom he reportedly met when he had a threesome with her and his wife during his marriage - with saving him from a "dark place," in the pointed Instagram post on Tuesday.
He continued to gush about his new live-in girlfriend, claiming that she has made him a "better person and father."
Kourtnie had wished Jim Happy Father's Day as they enjoyed a pool day with Jim's three children with Meghan.
Three-year-old daughter Aspen and two-year-old twin sons Hayes and Hart, were with Jim for some of the day, as he documented on Instagram.
Meghan, meanwhile, enjoyed relaxing in child-free peace.
She shared a picture to Instagram, writing, "Father’s Day feels more like 'Mama’s Day' with 6 hours of kid-free time! I could get used to this!"
She went on to praise her own father, and ignore Jim, "And happy Father’s Day to my incredible, amazing, father-of-the-century who’s always been steadfast, honest, hardworking, and the truest example of how an all around incredible father acts.
"My dad is the best man I’ve ever had in my life and I’m so grateful that God has given me him as my rock and as an example of what love can look like. ♥️"
Jim recently appeared to take revenge on her posting about her new relationship with Christian Schauf, by sharing sexy images of Kourtnie.
Meghan and Christian have been Instagram-official since last month.
She said she is “up to my eyeballs in happiness.
“It’s amazing what can happen when you work on yourself, put intentions into the world, then give it up to the universe."
