Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall and Tisha Merry enjoy sweet reunion with co-star Andy Whyment after 12 weeks apart

CORRIE’S Alan Halsall and girlfriend Tisha Merry enjoyed a sweet reunion with their co-star Andy Whyment after 12 weeks apart.

The couple were with Alan’s daughter Sienna in his spacious back garden, along with Andy, his wife Nichola, and their two children.

Andy, 38, who plays Kirk Sutherland in the long-running ITV soap, posted the adorable photo to his Instagram account.

He captioned the image: “We’ve come round to spend our Anniversary with @alanhalsall @missdrewmerry93 and Sienna not seen them for 12 weeks we’ve really missed them ❤️xx”

Andy and wife Nichola headed over to see their friends to celebrate their 13 year wedding anniversary.

Alan and Andy, who play best mates Tyrone and Kirk in the soap, haven't been able to see each other due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

But getting together today, the gang all smiled for the camera as they made sure to keep up social distancing and stay outside, as per the government’s guidelines.

Nichola, 33, looked stunning in a floral playsuit as she beamed next to her husband and their two children, 11-year-old Thomas and nine-year-old Hollie.

Standing behind them and to the side, Alan, 37, and girlfriend Tisha, 27, looked happy and loved up as they posed for the camera.

Alan proudly held up his daughter Sienna, six, who looked cute in a yellow top and shorts.

Tisha, who recently celebrated her birthday in lockdown, looked beautiful in a striped top and denim skirt as she placed an arm around her man and grinned.

Andy’s fans and fellow Corrie castmates also commented on the photo with Ryan Thomas writing: “Wheres our invite ❤️”

One wrote: “ Have a great day celebrating your anniversary xx”

“Lovely enjoy,” wrote another.

A third added: “Ahhhhh lovely enjoy you lot”
