Gogglebox’s highest-paid stars revealed – with some making £34,000 per Instagram post
STARRING on Gogglebox would be any telly addict’s dream job – who wouldn’t want to watch TV for a living?
It’s now been revealed that the stars of the celebrity version are raking it in, with some even able to command £34,000 for just one Instagram post.
Celebrity Gogglebox returned to Channel 4 last month with a sparkling new line-up, which includes the likes of Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon.
Many of the much-loved stars on this latest series are also popular on social media, meaning they can make a lot of money plugging products.
Their huge follower numbers means companies are willing to pay the big bucks to have them mention them when they post a picture or video.
New research by has worked out the earning potential their social media accounts have.
Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon
Since lockdown started, Joe and girlfriend Stacey have kept us entertained on Instagram.
They are both famous in their own right – him for TV presenting and her for starring on Loose Women.
Stacey has 3.4 million followers on Instagram and is often giving her fans tips on homelife and how to keep your family happy.
She can earn a massive £14,700 per post, and with her 983,000 followers on TikTok she could bring in an extra £4,919 per video.
Meanwhile, Joe has 1.5 million followers, meaning they have a combined 5 million fans looking at their posts.
This makes Joe and Stacey the highest earning Gogglebox couple as together they can pull in £21,000 per post.
KSI and S-X
YouTuber KSI has 8.2 million Instagram followers, and is the highest earning Gogglebox star on his own.
He can command £34,000 per post, which means just two posts per month could learn him up to £800K a year.
He is also famed for his TikTok videos, where he could earn an extra £10,000 per clip.
His record producer pal S-X can charge up to £1,100 for one single post.
Nick and Liv Grimshaw
Radio host Nick Grimshaw has an impressive following of 1.3 million followers.
This means the broadcaster can ask for up to £5,900 per post.
Nick stars on the show with his niece Liv who is an assistant merchandiser for Pretty Little Thing.
Despite being relatively unknown, she has 13K Insta followers and can earn around £59 a post.
Harry and Sandra Redknapp
Since winning I’m A Celebrity, Harry has racked up 1.3 million followers, which could earn him £5,800 per post.
Harry stars on Gogglebox alongside his beloved wife Sandra.
She too has an impressive Instagram account following of 47K which means she could earn £204 per picture she uploads.
Roman and Martin Kemp
Since coming third on I’m A Celebrity in 2020, Capital Radio host Roman has seen followers flock to him on Instagram.
He now has 1.1 million followers, and can expect to earn £5,100 by sharing a single post on Instagram.
This is five times more than his dad Martin, who can earn £1.5K.
Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes
Ruth and Eamonn are well known for keeping the nation entertained, be it on This Morning or Celebrity Gogglebox.
Their popularity means Ruth can charge £3,800 per post thanks to having 872,000 followers.
Whereas her husband Eamonn Holmes can bring in £2,700 per post for sharing it with his 637,000.
Zoe Ball and Woody Cook
Zoe and her 19-year-old son Woody are popular on Gogglebox.
Mum Zoe boasts 489,000 followers which would allow her to ask for £2,100 per post.
Woody – who shot to fame in his own right when he took part in Channel 4’s reality show The Circle – has 107,000 followers on Instagram, so he can charge £462 per post.
Denise van Outen and Eddie Boxshall
Denise shot to fame on The Big Breakfast back in the 90s, but has seen then become a household name.
Because she has 404,000 followers, she could charge up to £1,700 per post.
In Gogglebox she is joined by her boyfriend Eddie Boxshall who is a commodities trader specialising in oil.
Eddie has 13,000 followers, allowing him to charge £58 for a single post.
