And now the former pudding lover is launching a £7-a-month workouts, nutrition and motivation website for fans.

It makes him an unlikely challenger to pin-up PT instructor Joe, who has kept the nation in trim during the pandemic with morning workouts.

Gregg’s punishing routines were devised with the help of his pal and personal trainer Danny Rai.

They have just set up Show Me Fit Limited to cash in on his newly honed physique and it will launch later this month.

The pals will create workout videos based on a five-day regime, recipe books and a range of clothes and drinks bottles. Gregg, 55, will also have online tutorials from cooking experts and classes from psychologists.

He shared a photo online of his new physique and wrote: “Just under 12 stone. Being at home 24/7 means good choices easier.”

He has also been showing followers his daily meals such as zero-fat yogurt, whey protein, oats and blueberries for breakfast.

The TV personality began overhauling his lifestyle back in 2017.

He previously said: “I cut down on fried and high sugar foods, as well as booze.

“When I was at my biggest, I was having a daily fry up, fish and chips once per week, takeaway a couple more times and drinking beer nearly every day.
