Robbie Williams reveals he goes to bed at 6am and wakes at midday — despite ditching party lifestyle
ROBBIE Williams has ditched the drink and drugs from his party days – but his odd sleeping pattern is the same.
The singer says he is practically nocturnal, frequently going to bed at 6am, waking at midday and having his first meal of the day at 5pm.
Robbie said: “I don’t get up in the morning. You know people say I have been fasting, well, no.
"I have just been sleeping through that fast. I don’t sleep until 5am or 6am. I’m a night owl, it is the way I am programmed. I don’t like it.
“I don’t want to be but I am very productive from 1am until 5am. I get a lot done and I wake up at noon. Then I will have a meal at 5pm and I will feel full.”
His strange routine has helped him slim, although he admitted he doesn’t always stick to a good diet.
Robbie, isolating in Los Angeles with his wife Ayda and their four kids, told talkSPORT’s Andy Goldstein: “I live saintly all week. We have ‘f*** it Friday’ here. Last week I had McDonald’s fries with ketchup and mayo.
“I do get a sugar hangover. When I put sugar in my system I am a bit depressed and a lot slower than I usually am as sugar is poison. I don’t have sugar six days a week, it inflames.
“You do get in the slipstream of it and it does become normal. The last four days I have one meal a day. Just dinner.”

Rod's park wife
YOU'D normally expect a legendary rock star and his wife to celebrate a big occasion with a huge banquet meal and enough booze to fill a swimming pool.
But for Sir Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster, a good old takeaway and a couple of drinks is really just all you need.
The couple, who married in 2007, after being together since 1999, celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary together in style by enjoying a nice meal during an outing in Hyde Park, London.
Former model Penny shared an adorable snap of the pair sitting in a luxury car, where she wrote to her followers: “Celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary with a trip to London for a take out in Hyde Park. Cheers everyone, good health.”
The couple looked especially dapper, and dressed up for the sweet occasion which they both enjoyed in the warm sunshine .
Sir Rod also posted to his fans: “Cheers to my beautiful wife. 13-in-a-row. #weddinganniversary.” Congratulations to you both!

Cardi's inky 'n' kinky
CARDI B is as proud as a peacock as she shows off her huge tattoo of the colourful bird.
She shook her tail feathers on Instagram while revealing the newly redone inking after complaining that the design had faded in the decade since she had it done.
The rapper, who has also had flowers tattooed on her other bum cheek, quickly racked up five million likes of the photo.
If that wasn’t enough, hours later she posted an Instagram story of her getting yet more art on her neck.
She is gearing up to make her musical comeback, two years after her huge debut album Invasion Of Privacy.
With Cardi’s tendency to rap X-rated lyrics, I’m sure the new tunes will be just as colourful as her tattoos.
She told fans on Twitter that her new music would be arriving “sooner than you think”.
When a follower pressed her on when it would be, she insisted it would be worth the wait. She replied: “It’s comin. It’s going to hit too!”

Sean blew Hollywood break
BELIEVE it or not, Shaun Ryder says he was on the cusp of being a Hollywood star – before he blew it by slating the film which could have been his big break.
The Happy Mondays singer was shocked to be cast in 1998’s The Avengers, but ruined his chances of another gig when blabbing to people on set that the flick was, “pretty s***”.
Shaun said: “I had Hollywood and I blew it.
“My first ever movie was me and Eddie Izzard in this f***ing blockbuster and my first movie was with f***ing Sean Connery, Uma Thurman, Ralph Fiennes.
“Me and Eddie played these two baddies and I totally blew my career.
“I was completely cut from the film, apart from two little bits, because basically I didn’t know how to play the Hollywood game.
'I BLEW IT'
“I got asked, ‘What do you think of the film?’ And I said, ‘It’s pretty s**t’.
“They paid me pretty well for that and then I turned round and dissed the film, so no wonder.
“But I was young, dumb and full of a multiple selection of drugs.”
What a different place the world would be if he was the darling among the luvvies.

Tom and Nicole's work of art
WITH her parents being Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, Isabella Parker was always going to have her work cut out keeping up with their stellar success.
But instead of acting, their talented daughter is carving out a name for herself as an artist – with an extremely quirky style.
Works revealed online include a tiger with one eye sticking its tongue out, wearing a cap saying Make Peace Exotic Again, with the simple caption #tigerking.
It would be interesting to see how she interpreted her A-list mum and dad.

Bafta's delay
A-LISTERS have even longer to find the perfect red-carpet outfit for next year’s Bafta Film Awards as the ceremony has been delayed.
It will now take place on April 11, 2021, instead of February. It follows the announcement that the Oscars have been post-poned to April 25.
The decision was made due to cinemas being closed for several months. Eligibility criteria for the EE Baftas is also being changed.
Films which were due to hit cinemas but have instead gone straight to streaming ser-vices will still be in the running to be nominated and movies will not need to have been shown in as many cinemas as was previously required.
Olivia Colman's The Father and Benicio Del Toro's The French Dispatch are among the hot contenders, although other big films due for release this year include James Bond adventure No Time To Die and Top Gun: Maverick.
