Fired Teen Mom star David Eason claims ‘racist’ MTV should sack Cheyenne Floyd over old tweets slamming ‘white people’
FIRED Teen Mom star David Eason has claimed "racist" MTV should sack Cheyenne Floyd over old tweets she wrote slamming "white people."
The former reality star was dropped by the MTV series in 2018 following a homophobic Twitter rant where he compared members of the LGBTQ+ community to dogs.
Now the husband of has asked MTV to fire Teen Mom OG star Cheyenne for comments she made about wanting "to kill every white person" in now-deleted tweets from 2012, which she has previously apologized for.
Taking to Instagram, shared a collage of screenshots that included Cheyenne's historic tweets and MTV’s statement regarding The Challenge's Dee Nguyen, who was fired for insensitive comments about .
In the caption, scorn star David claimed that the network "only takes action when it benefits them" and alleged that MTV needed to be "held accountable" for their "discrimination."
He penned: "@mtv only takes action when it benefits them, they don't actually care.
"If they did @cheynotshy would have never been accepted to @teenmom Where is the equality with these big corporations?
"At this point, MTV needs to be held accountable for their racist behavior and discrimination!"
After posting his frustration regarding MTV, David received a flood of comments from fellow Instagram users asking why he and Jenelle even care about the issue since they no longer appear on MTV show .
One person penned: "Why do you guys even care about Teen Mom. You’ve repeatedly posted about you guys filming a new show and doing your own thing now [your] out of MTV contract."
To which, Jenelle responded to and attempted to defend her other half's argument: "Because if David was fired for his actions and others are being fired to this day… why not Cheyenne. I'm confused too."
However, the mother-of-three's response confused her followers more since she and David previously denied that he had been fired from the show.
Attempting to clarify the situation, David said: "They never officially fired me, basically I had to just assume it on my own."
However, fans of Teen Mom 2 will remember that MTV fired David immediately in 2018 following his homophobic Twitter rant.
At the time, the network said in a statement shared on Twitter: "David Eason’s personal comments do not reflect the views of MTV.
"With six weeks left of production on Teen Mom 2, effective immediately, we are ending our relationship with him."
David's latest rant comes as he also attempted to get Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant's Ashley Jones and Bariki Smith fired after they accused David and Jenelle of being racist.
slammed the former star for even making a video about the protests going on around the country.
Last week, Jenelle took to Instagram while dressed in a bathrobe to explain why she hadn't talked about George Floyd on her platforms considering she's a "social media influencer."
She told her fans: "I'm not racist by any means and I do not condone what that police officer did to George Floyd. And I'm very sorry that happened.
"With that being said, I would like for all the racist comments to stop being sent to inbox and I'd appreciate it if you guys stopped calling me a racist because I haven't spoke out yet."
The mom-of-three tried to justify her silence and said that she tends to get a lot of hate when she does speak out, so she's trying to keep quiet these days.
Following Jenelle's excuse, Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant star Ashley took to Instagram to condemn her.
The 23-year-old wrote: "Girl, you and your husband both are some punk b**ch a** racist h*es.
"Just saying, what's the point in making a whole explanation video 'cause we know you lying."
Ashley's baby daddy, Bariki, also chimed in and wrote on Twitter: "'While you guys are destroying your precious cities...'
"Shut that s**t up, you just ain't spoke up cause you are a racist and David's racist b**ch a** gone kick you [off] the land if you speak up. F**k you and what you stand for."
Following Ashley and Bariki's comments, Jenelle took to Instagram once more to clarify her stance on George's death at the hands of white Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin.
She also made sure to tag Ashley on her Instagram story and proceeded to show countless supportive Instagram DM's from her fans who said they believed her and not Ashley.
Most recently, Jenelle had to defend David after fans claimed he was racist.
She said during an interview: "He doesn't have any problems with gay people. He's not racist.
"He's actually grown up around the black community crowd. [They are] his best friend.

"His best friend that he still talks to right now lives in Florida and he's black, and that's his childhood best friend. So, he's not racist at all."
At another point, she used the same excuse when the father of two shared a picture of himself holding a confederate flag.
Last week, David had also shared tons of Instagram stories where he condemned the Black Lives Matter movement.
