Stacey Solomon tells fans her bin is ‘too nice to put tampons in’ after revamping it with creative hack
STACEY Solomon has confessed that she doesn't want to put tampons in her bin after making it "too nice" in a revamp.
The 30-year-old star is famed for her household hacks, and today took it upon herself to turn a rusty old bathroom bin into something a lot more chic.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the mother-of-three filmed one-year-old Rex sleeping on the sofa as she explained: "Pickle is having an afternoon nap, Zach's having a bath - would you believe - and Joe is doing a podcast upstairs.
"I am going to sit in my garden and try to jazz up my old bin, because it's actually going rusty."
She then filmed herself using a glue gun to wrap shabby-chic rope around the bin before sticking on a leaf decoration as the finishing touch.
Posting before and after photos, Stacey shared her satisfaction as she spoke candidly about how much she loved her new accessory.
She told fans: "Thoroughly enjoyed the satisfaction of winding a rope around a bin.
"I love it, it looks too nice to be a bin now.
"I'm not sure if I want to throw my tampons in it anymore."
Stacey has gained millions of followers on social media thanks to how open she is about her day-to-day life, previously shocking when she admitted she "couldn't remember the last time she washed her privates".
She is also creative with household hacks, wowing fans earlier today when she revealed that she had organised her knickers into old baby wipe dispensers.
