Taking to Instagram the former EastEnders actress said she needed "breathing space" after the UK was put into lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Jacqueline told her followers: "Morning all. This is a message for all of the amazing supporters who always show me so much love.

"I've been honest about my situation at the moment, and yes I've been staying at another house - a house my parents will eventually be moving into.

"I had really been struggling (haven't we all!?) lately and, as I said the other day, I've just needed some time and breathing space."

Jacqueline, who is believed to have moved into the new property with her and Dan's two daughters, Ella, five, and one-year-old Mia, said she is going to focus on enjoying the sunshine with them.

She added: "Thanks to everyone who always stands by us, and to all the hard working parents trying to get through this crazy time - and for those who don't get it, just Be Kind."

Jacqueline said she "would not be commenting any further" on the reports that she and 28-year-old Dan are now living apart.

This latest statement from the I'm A Celebrity winner comes after The Sun revealed on Sunday she had quit the couple's £1 million home.

It is believed the couple had clashed during lockdown, with a source claiming Jacqueline had discovered Dan allegedly exchanging flirty messages with models online.

A pal said: “Jacqueline didn’t tell Dan where she was moving to. He thought it would be with her parents."

Jacqueline later denied that they were ending their three-year marriage, but conceded she needs “some time” to work out her next move.

The husband and wife have since been photographed putting on a united front during a day out together with their kids.

Dan was snapped collecting Jacqueline, Ella and Mia from their temporary home before they all drove off together.

The sighting came after Jac hinted she missed Dan by posting a picture of him with little Mia on Instagram.

In the cute photo, the tot was snuggled up to their family dog as she slept on a quilt.

The blanket featured a large photo of both Mia's dad and her half-brother Teddy, six, from Dan's previous relationship with Megan Tomlin.
