Katie Waissel shows off her weight loss after ‘looking in the mirror made her cry’
KATIE Waissel today revealed her weight loss after admitting that "looking in the mirror made her cry".
The X Factor star shared before and after photos after a year long transformation.

In her picture, Katie, 34, showed off her slimmer legs and her toned tum.
Single mum Katie, who has toddler son Hudson, wrote a candid post as she reflected on her transformation.
The singer wrote a lengthy post where she said: "It was this picture that sparked a huge change within me.
"Everything from the frowned facial expression, hair loss, exhaustion, and yes lastly my body shape that i wasn’t used to nor recognised.

"I looked at myself in the mirror & cried. Not because I was horrified, but because I didn’t know how I would find the strength or time to do anything to make a positive change.
Katie had previously revealed her transformation back in December 2019, with another before and after picture.
She wrote next to the picture: "Kiss My A** 2019 ... As the New Year fast approaches, and I’m slowly beginning to jot down my 2020 goals.
"I can’t help but take a look back on the roller coaster year that I have just battled through. Not only did I begin this last year with a huge international move with my then four month old baby and dog, I spent my first ever Christmas as a new mum ... I was a single mother and completely lost."

Katie continued: "Devastated and wanting so badly to hide in a cave feeling completely inadequate, helpless and alone, I battled through the crisis and utter heartbreak that I had endured, so that my darling little one could look back on his first ever Christmas with nothing but sweet memories and that I can surely say he can!
"This year, what I am most excited about, is that we can celebrate all that we have achieved both individually and together.
"Hudson is almost 18 months old, walking, talking and a total rockstar, me, well I’ve finally found my own identity."
Katie went on to tell her fans to have "faith" and "be empowered" as they head into the new year.

Katie has been busy juggling life as a single mum since splitting with Hudson's father, Andy Speer.
The former X Factor singer welcomed her first child - son Hudson - in July last year.
She met Andy in New York and gave birth to their child there, before deciding to move back home.

Speaking to , Katie previously revealed about her relationship with Andy and her life as a single mum: "For the most part I have been doing this whole parenting thing on my own.
"He'll come and say hi. I'm trying to understand because it wasn't my idea - it wasn't what I wanted."
Katie also revealed that this was not the first time that she and Andy had separated, adding: "Andy left when I was six months pregnant and came back when I was eight months pregnant."
