TNT'S Snowpiercer is certain to be a hit when it reaches screens later this month, with Hamilton star Daveed Diggs in one of its lead roles.

Who is Daveed Diggs?
Daveed, aged 38, is an actor, singer, producer, writer and rapper.
He is best known for his roles of Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson in the Broadway musical Hamilton.
They secured him both a Grammy Award and Tony Award.
The star was born to a Jewish social worker mother and African-American bus driver father in Oakland, California.
In 2004, he graduated from Brown University with a degree in theatre arts, and initially worked as a substitute teacher before getting his big break in acting.
He is also a part of the experimental hip-hop and rap group Clipping.
Who does he play in Snowpiercer?
In the new sci-fi TNT series, Daveed leads the cast as Andre Layton - a prisoner and former detective.
The character is living on a train seventeen years after the world froze over after an experiment to combat global warming went wrong.
Earth's remaining inhabitants stay safe from the cold on a constantly-moving train - with the elites living in luxurious carriages at the front, and lower-class citizens residing in squalor at the rear.
Andre is one of the latter, but at the beginning of the series he is called to the front of the train to help solve a case.
Daveed stars opposite Jennifer Connelly's Melanie Cavill, the "voice of the train" and head of hospitality.
What is Daveed's role in Hamilton and what else has he starred in?
In 2012, Daveed was trying to raise his profile in theatre and as a rapper.
He was invited to hear and read early versions of Hamilton in 2012 by composer Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Speaking to , he said: "Hamilton has totally changed my life.
"I was doing small theatre in the Bay Area and touring an experimental rap project. Those were my income streams. "By the time I left Hamilton, I had already secured spots on Black-ish and Kimmy Schmidt, and the role in Wonder; this whole other world opened up.”
Daveed performed in the musical first off-Broadway in 2015, and then on Broadway from later that year.
Since leaving in 2016, the actor has had recurring roles in Black-ish, The Get Down and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
In 2017, he worked as an executive producer and starred in series The Mayor, for which he also wrote music.
He also appeared in the films Zootopia (2016), Wonder (2017) and Blindspotting (2018).
The star is set to voice the character of Sebastian in an upcoming live-action remake of The Little Mermaid.

From his own Instagram account, it appears that he is currently single.
In 2016, he was reported by to be dating Jalene Goodwin, an actor and singer, who regularly featured in his posts.
They moved together from Oakland to live in New York's Washington Heights when he was cast in Hamilton.
That they are no longer together also seems to be confirmed by Jalene's Instagram account - and it appears that she has moved on.
