CORONATION Street star Jack P Shepherd delighted fans today as he danced in a pair of tight white pants to recreate Tom Cruise's iconic scene from Risky Business.
The 32-year-old David Platt actor slid around his Manchester home wearing only a shirt, socks and the eye-catching underwear to Old Time Rock and Roll by Bob Seger - just like in the film.
In a video shot by his girlfriend Hanni Treweek, Jack slides into the shot with his back to the camera as the songs starts up, before spinning around with a microphone in his hand.
He then grabs a poker from his fireplace and starts playing it like a guitar, before jumping up onto his coffee table.
This is followed by the star kneeling down in front of his sofa as he leaps onto it and kicks his legs.
He posted the dance on Instagram today writing: "Risky Business. Another cinematic dance, suggested by @sofacinemaclub shot by @ladyhanni89 🤘🏻😘."
Fans hailed the "brilliant" performance in the comments section, though one admitted: "Feel weird seeing David platts package x."
Another wrote: "Well. That’s a Side of Jack not seen before. And I don’t mean his backside."
The star's Corrie castmate Andy Whyment remarked: Yes Jack love it."
Risky Business was a 1983 teen drama that started Tom Cruise on the path to mega-stardom as wayward teen Joel Goodsen.
