First Dates’ Fred Sirieix gets punched in the face by fiancee as they box in the park

First Dates star Fred Sirieix was spotted enjoying an intense boxing session with his fiancee in a local park.

The smooth Frenchman, 48, and his lover put on an energetic display, which resulted in Fred being punched in the face.

The TV personality wore a white t-shirt, black shorts and striking blue Superman socks for the workout, while his fiancee opted for vibrant neon shorts and a purple vest top.

The pair also wore boxing gloves as they sparred in the public setting.

At one point, Fred’s fiancee punched the star directly in the face.

They were later snapped cooling off as they sipped on water and chatted.

Fred and his fiancee announced their engagement in March.

Alongside a photo of them together on Instagram, he wrote: “#fruitcake🍫❤️ said yes 💍.”

Fred – who is very private about his love life – later told The Sun Online of his plans to celebrate, saying: “We are delighted. As soon as all this is over we are off to Negril for a party on the beach.”

In July 2016, he revealed he had never been married before, adding that the closest thing to marriage had been his 12-year-old relationship with ex Alex.

In January 2018, Fred took to his social media account to reveal he was in a new relationship with his now fiancée.

Speaking to Fabulous, Fred gave a small insight into their lives, revealing: “Occasionally, I’ll go for a little wine and some tapas after work with my partner, who I like to call “fruitcake”.

“It’s nice to have a relaxing conversation and chill out when you’ve had a long day. If I do get the chance to be in the kitchen, I love making fresh pasta. I find rolling it out very therapeutic and I get flour everywhere; it’s great fun.”

He has two children from his previous relationship: Andrea, 15, and Lucien, 10.
