Stacey Solomon worries fans as she says she’s quitting social media ‘for personal reasons’
STACEY Solomon has left fans worried after revealing she is taking a break from social media for "personal reasons."
The mum-of-three - who regularly updates followers on her life on social media - made the announcement on Instagram today.
Stacey, 30, started off the day by sharing her morning routine on her Story, telling fans: "Okay Monday... let's do this."
She later posted an adorable photo of son Rex sitting near the kitchen.
The Loose Women panellist wrote across the snap: "We are all dressed and ready for the day.
"I'm going to come off social media today for personal reasons. I really hope you're all ok.
"I love you all. Look after yourselves."
Stacey's post comes days after the star revealed she had only left the house three times in seven weeks because of her anxiety.
In an honest post on Instagram, Stacey told fans: "I'm off to do our food shop while Joe holds down the fort here.
"I don't know why but I've really struggled to leave the house and do shop runs and stuff. I've only done it twice since this all began.
"I get really comfortable at home in my 'safe place' and then feel really anxious to leave.
"But every time I do I realise how important it is to get out (if you can) and do something that you normally sued to do and enjoy. So I'm going to do it today.
"Thinking of those who can't leave their homes."
Earlier this year, Stacey made the decision to quit social media for 24 hours alongside pal Mrs Hinch.

The two "pinky promised" to stay offline after they revealed struggles with anxiety.
Stacey and Mrs Hinch - whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe - both released the same message, which read: "Good morning everyone. Sometimes it takes someone who love you to tell you that you NEED a day off to just switch off.
"So tag the one person you know needs a break away from the social media world right now and get your pinkies out.
"We love you guys and we'll be back tomorrow!"
