JOE Wicks has returned home to his family following his recent hand surgery.
The Body Coach - who underwent surgery for a persistent injury on his hand - was all smiles as he played with his young children at his home in Richmond today.
Taking to Instagram, Joe, 33, revealed he had returned home from the hospital to be greeted by one-year-old daughter India.
Alongside a snap of the adorable tot and son Marley in the kitchen, he wrote: "So happy to be home with my family."
Joe and little India were later spotted playing on a climbing frame in the garden.
The fitness guru - famous for giving the nation daily PE lessons on YouTube - underwent surgery this week.
Sharing a snap from his hospital bed, he explained: "They aren't able to do the operation today, they have other patients in the queue.
"They are a bit slower with certain things so I'm staying tonight.
"They're going to give me some nice morphine, and some antibiotics on the drip-a-roo. In the morning, hopefully first thing, I'll be having the wires taken out."
He added later: "I tell you what, this infection is no joke. I've had codeine up to my eyeballs. They gave me liquid morphine, but it ain't taking the edge off it. It's throbbing."
He added: "I've got a drip of liquid paracetamol. That is absolutely fantastic. Paracetamol IV saves the day for now, almost instant effect and on the pain.
"So glad I'm staying here tonight. I woke up all night last night as it was throbbing and pulsating like liquid hot magma.
"Thanks for all your well wishes. Gonna get a good night's sleep I think."
Following the procedure, the fitness star shared a short video on Instagram from his hospital bed and said it looked like they'd "left a golf ball" under his bandage.
