Chantelle Houghton engaged to boyfriend of three months Michael Strutt as she calls him ‘love of my life’
CHANTELLE Houghton is engaged to her boyfriend of three months, calling him the "love of my life".
The Celebrity Big Brother winner - who appears on the programme's Best Shows Ever series tonight - said yes to Michael Strutt's proposal after a whirlwind romance.
The shock announcement came just weeks after Chantelle revealed she still thinks about having kids with her ex-husband Preston and admitted there is still something between them.
But on a romantic bike ride with Michael in April, Chantelle showed off her diamond ring as she kissed her husband-to-be.
She wrote on Instagram: "I heart him X #love #bikeride #soulmate #fiancee."
Chantelle has been friends with her fiance for the past nine years, but only became lovers three months ago before he popped the question.
In these pictures, the couple looked completely smitten as Michael gently kissed Chantelle's hand as they lay on the grass.
They were also spotted snogging on a bridge as they took a rest during their bike ride.
It looked like they couldn't keep their hands off each other as they danced in the middle of a field.
Chantelle found fame when she was a "fake celebrity" planted in CBB in 2006.
It was there she met her future husband Preston who she married seven months after appearing on the show, but they divorced the following year.
The ex-couple went on to appear on the Ultimate Big Brother together in 2010, with Chantelle, 36, finding it painful to be around him.
However, ten years on and the former couple are now good friends.
Chantelle shares a seven-year-old daughter Dolly with Katie Price's ex-husband Alex Reid.
