The 40-year-old told magazine: "We've put our plans on hold for the moment. We're just going to wait and see what happens over the next few months."
Brian added that he and Boyzlife bandmate Keith Duffy will definitely treat the crowd to some songs at his nuptials once they've had a "few drinks".
He joked: "When it does happen you can guarantee that - after a few drinks - me and Keith will be up on that stage."
Brian and Danielle, 38, are the latest stars to cancel their weddings in recent weeks, joining the likes of Lisa Snowdon and Princess Beatrice in putting the brakes on their big day.

“We spend most of our life on the road, so this is actually the longest I’ve been home in four years,” he admitted.
The Irish singer shares daughters Molly, 18, and Lilly-Sue, 17, with his ex-wife Kerry Katona.
Atomic Kitten singer Kerry previously said she approves of "absolute diamond" Danielle and is angling for an invite to the wedding.
She told OK! magazine: “Molly and Lilly weren’t as close to Delta or Vogue but they are desperate for Brian to marry Danielle. I might even get invited to this wedding. Danielle is an absolute diamond."
Brian announced his engagement to Danielle in December, tweeting: "FYI I got engaged to the beautiful @DaniParky. And yes I'm very very happy xxxx."
He started dating high school PE teacher Danielle in 2016 after being introduced by crooner Cole Paige.
He moved to Rochdale to be with Danielle shortly after they started dating and last year admitted he'd love to have kids with her.
However, his two daughters definitely won't be bridesmaids at his wedding to Danielle, seeing as his ex Kerry has been married three times, and himself twice.
Bran joked to : "They’ve been bridesmaids for their mother [Kerry] about five times already so they’re probably sick of it.
"There’s only so many times you can be a bridesmaid. They must be thinking, ‘Not another f*****g wedding!’”
Brian wed childhood sweetheart Kerry in 2002 before divorcing four years later. He then married Vogue Williams in 2012 for four years.
He was also engaged to Australian singer Delta Goodrem, but they ended things in April 2011.
Meanwhile, Kerry went on to marry Mark Croft for four years in 2011, before tying the knot with George Kay in 2014 and splitting three years later.
