&Angela and Damien were born in the same month, with Damien also turning 18 in lockdown.
Damian celebrated 18th birthday in coronavirus isolation.
The model was feeling the fallout of the UK government ordered lockdown in an Instagram post last night and admitted that the pandemic 'drastically altered' his birthday plans.
In the shot, the teenager posed behind a bar while clad in a grey fleece dressing gown and rested a tea cup against his head.
Keeping his eyes closed, Damian accessorised his evening attire with several necklaces as he brunette hair fell down his shoulders.
Hinting at his original birthday celebrations, he captioned the snap: "isolation drastically altered the plans for my last night as a minor" (sic).
Continuing his celebrations today, Damian shared a joyous shot of him holding the family pooch in his arms.
In the post captioned "Damian Day", he explained that while he felt "strange" to celebrate the milestone during the pandemic, he was happy to toast to his birthday by running around a field.
Liz briefly dated Damian's father - US businessman Steve Bing - in 2001, and when the model was born the following April the businessman denied paternity.
However, a DNA test proved that he was the father, with Damian winning a fight to inherit from Steve's £380m family fortune in December.
He had previously been told that he would not get any money from the trust because he was born out of wedlock, with his grandfather Dr Peter Bing fighting to try and prevent Damian and his half-sister Kira Kerkorian, from accessing their inheritance.
Liz revealed on social media that she was isolating in her country abode with Damian, her mother Angela, her elderly aunt, and a close friend who was considered high risk.
The Bedazzled actress asked her followers to self-isolate to prevent the spread of the deadly virus and added that she felt "incredibly lucky" to live in the countryside.
She on Instagram: "Day 11 of my family's lockdown in Herefordshire and I finally washed my hair, put on some make up and found time to post.
"In these scary times I feel incredibly lucky to live in the countryside and have lots of outside space.

She continued: "As well as my son, I have seven other people living with me including my 79 year old mother and her sister- also in her late 70's- and one of my best friends who is in the highest risk group with severe respiratory problems.
"Keeping everyone as safe as possible (and fed) is a full time job. We all are full of the highest admiration for our wonderful NHS staff and are doing everything we can to not add to their burden.
"Thank God it's Sat night and we can r-e-l-a-x and take a break from being glued to the news #stayhome #staysafe #nhsheroes."
