EastEnders’ Jake Wood shows off his incredible rock-hard abs after sweaty lockdown workout
EASTENDERS actor Jake Wood has showed off his incredible abs after a sweaty workout.
The 47-year-old flexed his muscles as he revealed he's been keeping in excellent shape in lockdown.
He told his Instagram followers: "Happy Tuesday everyone. I think it’s safe to say that exercise is getting me through this.
"Stay positive and I look forward to seeing you all on the other side."
Jake blew a kiss to his fans as he went for a morning run through a beautiful wood.
He looked thankful for the peace as he appreciated the gorgeous setting.
The dad-of-two also keeps his impressive figure in shape thanks to regular boxing training, which he has been doing since he was a youngster.
Today's video showed his focus on keeping fit during this turbulent time after EastEnders suspended filming amid the coronavirus crisis.
Jake has been focusing on his podcast Pound for Pound where he interviews famous faces with co-host Spencer Oliver about boxing.

He has played lothario Max Branning in BBC soap EastEnders since 2006.
Stars have stopped filming and the channel is cutting down to showing two episodes a week amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Episodes now air only on Monday and Tuesdays, halving its regular run with Thursday and Friday showings removed from the telly schedule.
