In a sneak peak of the show, set to air tonight on ITV2 at 10pm, Emily and Mel B are discussing whether or not they would snog themselves.
Brunette Emily, 30, coyly tells Mel that she’d “get off” with her.
Mel, dressed in a tiny lime green snakeskin patterned top, sounds surprised as she replies: “Really?”
The studio erupts with whoops and cheers from the audience as their fellow teammate Will Mellor, and host Keith look delighted and shocked.
He cheekily replied: “A point for your team!”
Keith followed up with: “Give her a kiss…”
As Will interrupted with: “On the lips”
Emily leans in to give Mel, 44, a kiss on the lips to sounds of whoops and applause, as Mel flips Keith the bird.
Keith returns with a brand-new series of Celebrity Juice alongside team captains Holly Willoughby and Spice Girl Mel.
Joining them this week for more games, fun and anarchy will be ballroom dancing brothers, AJ and Curtis Pritchard, as well as acting legend Will Mellor, comedy actress Emily and Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle.
Celeb Juice filming was shut down after Keith began experiencing coronavirus symptoms with "hot and cold sweats, aches and a cough".
The 46-year-old star - whose real name is Leigh Francis - was later photographed enjoying a drink at the Lansdowne pub in Primrose Hill, North London.

The This Morning host, 39 was among the stars in fancy dress to film an episode in front of an audience, which had to be cancelled.
As the audience departed, a coughing Lemon apologised - saying he knew he was running a fever and high temperature of 38C but wanted to “soldier on”.
He had false teeth in as he was dressed as Bee Gees star Robin Gibb, while Holly, 39, was kitted out as Blondie singer Debbie Harry.
The comic had been checked over by a medic before filming and was given the OK but bosses soon pulled the plug.
