Ferne McCann says she’s in love with new boyfriend Albie – and wants a baby with him
FERNE McCann has revealed she’s in love after finding romance with boyfriend Albie Gibbs.
The former Towie star, 29, says she can’t wait to settle down with the 25-year-old city trader since first meeting in Dubai in 2018.
The pair – who are yet to move in together – began dating last year.
She told : “I talk about him loads but he doesn’t want to be in the public eye and I respect that. I actually find that super attractive.
“He has a professional job and he’s not about the [celebrity] life, but I told him you’ve also got to understand that your girlfriend is in the public eye, so we’ve had to find a compromise.”
Ferne added: “Being a single parent, I’ve always said I can’t imagine parenting with someone else because that’s not been my experience so far. But being so in love with Albie, I do feel like he’s the one.
“He’s such an amazing guy. When you’re in love with someone, you think about the future and getting married and having more children, and he has definitely made me feel like that.
“We haven’t spoken about it, but me being me, I’m like, ‘Yeah, we’re going to get married and have children,’ and he doesn’t even bat an eyelid. He’s like, ‘Alright, Ferne!’ He’s made me see a hopeful future. I’m happy.”
Ferne admitted her new beau has already met two-year-old daughter Sunday.
“I’ve been with him for a good few months and he’s met Sunday because she’s with me all the time,” she continued.
“We’ve also been on the same holidays. We both went to Dubai for New Year a couple of years ago and he first met her there.”
The mother-of-one first spoke about her “mystery boyfriend” in the Sun on Sunday back in December.
She gushed at the time: “There is someone new. It’s still very much in the background.
“I’m enjoying dating but I won’t be spending Christmas with him. I’ll be with my friends and family.”
Ferne’s new romance follows a tumultuous two years which saw her ex-boyfriend and father of her child, Arthur Collins, jailed for 20 years after carrying out an acid attack in an East London nightclub.
