STACEY Solomon has offered to write letters to any lonely Instagram followers out there.
The 30-year-old has launched the #PandemicPenPals initiative to help anyone who's "struggling" during the coronavirus lockdown.

Stacey explained that she came up with idea after writing a letter to her mum when she was feeling down.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, she said: "Last night writing this to my mum really helped me take some thoughts out of my head and leave them on the paper. And I slept do much better..."
The Loose Women star went on: "This morning I've been reading my messages and thousands of you are missing family and really struggling so I thought...
"This might sound like a really silly idea but if anyone out there is really struggling and has no-one to talk to or just wants to let it all out then write a letter and tag me in it."

She promised: "I'll write back and send it back to you. Maybe it might take your mind away for a short while.
"I definitely loved putting pen to paper and taking my mind away for a bit before bed. We can be #pandemicpenpals and look out for each other."
Stacey, who first became a mum at 17, launched the hashtag after writing to her mum on Monday because she was feeling "sad and anxious".
Sharing a picture of her notebook, pen, and a trusty Daim bar on her lap, the TV favourite shared: "I hope you're all ok...
"I feel so strange tonight so... I'm going to write my mum a letter. She's usually here most days helping me with the boys when I'm working. I spoke to her earlier and for some reason it made my tummy flip a bit.

"I couldn't have raised my pickles without her. And as sad as it sounds, she's the person I go to whenever I'm feeling nervous, and even at 30 she knows how to make me feel like everything is going to be ok...
"I miss her cuddles and just her kindness."
However, the mother-of-three was keen to insist that she wasn't complaining, adding: "I know we are so lucky to be self isolating and that some parents aren't even able to be with their babies or loved ones, which I couldn't even imagine."

She concluded: "So I hope I don't sound like I'm moaning because I'm not, I just miss her."
The X Factor alum has been in quarantine with her boyfriend Joe Swash, their baby son Rex and her two other sons, Leighton, seven and Zachary, 12.
Stacey has been keeping fans up to date with their lockdown antics on social media, and recently admitted she was relieved school was out for her older boys as she was struggling to homeschool them.
