AMANDA Holden begged Simon Cowell for weight loss tips after seeing a drastic change in his physique in just two weeks.
The Britain's Got Talent judge, 49, asked the music mogul, 60, for diet advice after he lost an impressive 20lb last year.
"I said straightaway, 'Right, what have you been doing, because you look amazing!'"
The mother-of-two went on: "He said what he’d started doing, the foods he’d been cutting out and how it had made such a difference in just two weeks. So, I just feel happy for him."
Amanda said there is one negative thing to come out of Simon's new healthy eating regime - they don't have dinner together any more after filming BGT.
The Heart FM radio host admitted that they used to chat about what they'd have for dinner as the last few auditions were winding down, and then have beans on toast together.
She did concede that thanks to his new diet, Simon's definitely "got his mojo back" - and she hopes he'll return to being "Mr Nasty".
Amanda will be appearing on Britain's Got Talent with the live shows “later this year” after they were cancelled due to coronavirus.
The ITV talent show previously announced they would still be airing the audition rounds as they were all pre-recorded but that the lives would be postponed.
The presenter's been working from home for Heart Radio in her pyjamas, but decided to get all glammed up on Monday.
Amanda shared a video of her looking sensational in a pink shimmering gown and towering heels as she took the bins out.
She captioned the clip and snaps: "Wheelie wanted to dress up tonight!

Amanda's fellow judge Simon shocked everyone when he lost 20lb after embarking on a new health and fitness regime.
He used to binge on sausage rolls, hamburgers and his favourite jam tarts made by his personal chefs.
But since ditching his unhealthy lifestyle he revealed he has managed to trim down by four inches on his waist.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Simon said: “The most dramatic period was the first month where most of the weight comes off and you look at yourself and think ‘wow’.
“I used to be 36-inch waist and now I’ve lost four inches. I’m really happy now."
Simon achieved his weight loss by reducing his meat intake and cutting out all sugar.
He overhauled his diet after suffering a fall on his stairs inside his London home October 2017.
The mogul blamed his injuries on his unhealthy lifestyle where he “lived like a vampire” staying awake till 8am every morning.
On his new diet, he explained: “All I do is avoid just red meat - white meat is fine - and I eat loads of vegetables, salads and drink this great beer."
