The Mysterious Girl singer posted a video to his Instagram page welcoming his son back to the rest of the family. In it Junior can be seen wearing a khaki hoodie and tracksuit bottoms as he sleepily rubs his face.
Pete, 47, couldn't hide his delight at having his eldest child back in the fold and gleefully mocked him when Junior said he hadn't missed him.
The teenager replied to his dad's hug and kiss: "Get orf man"
His famous father didn't seem to mind and plonked another kiss on his son's head.
The dad-of-four has a full house at the moment as he is currently in lockdown with his two children, Junior and Princess, 12, from his marriage to Katie Price, wife Emily and their two children, Amelia, six, and Theo, three.
Pete has been entertaining everyone while in self-isolation as doctor wife Emily MacDonagh works on the frontline for the NHS.
The couple have been honest about their fear of Emily, 30, passing coronavirus to her family after battling the disease as a doctor.
Writing in his New magazine column, he said: "Junior posted a video on his Instagram saying he was showing symptoms of coronavirus.
"He had a high temperature so we have to follow the guidelines and self-isolate for 14 days."
Junior, who is Katie Price's son with Pete, revealed he might have the disease in an Instagram post last week, explaining: “These aren’t easy times as we know.
“I am videoing this to tell you I am showing symptoms of the coronavirus. It is not me saying I have it, I am showing symptoms. Everyone please stay safe these aren’t easy times like I said.”

Peter explained on Good Morning Britain last that he and the rest of his family - including Theo, Princess and Amelia - are living separately to Emily.
He said: “Here’s the thing, she obviously doesn’t tell me a lot of stuff because of confidentiality.
“But obviously because she’s now exposed to the virus quite a lot, at the moment, in the last few days, it means right now we are having to be in separate rooms.
“I am the one who has to have the kids as well and I’m terrified they will get it.”
