She accompanied the video with a heartfelt caption that encouraged people to join the Clap For Carers event.
"A huge thank you to all the health and social care staff on our front line during this pandemic," it read.
"Harvey and I will be giving a huge round of applause to all of you tonight at 8PM. Please join us and clap from your windows, doors and balconies."
Yesterday Katie, 41, urged for ex husband Peter Andre to "stay safe" amid the Covid-19 outbreak.
The former glamour model reached out to Peter and his wife Emily on Instagram - just days after her social media return.
Over on Instagram, Peter - who appears to be looking after children Junior, 14, and Princess, 12, during the lockdown period - shared a clip from a recent Good Morning Britain appearance.
The post was met to a string of comments, including one heartfelt message from Katie which read: "Stay safe all of you."
Katie decided to take a step back from the limelight in February and said she was planning to have a drastic change in her life.
She returned to Instagram over the weekend by re-activating her account and posting a picture of herself with her kids.
