ANT and Dec will have Saturday Night Takeaway viewers in stitches tomorrow when they cause chaos on the set of The Chase while wearing high heels.

The Geordie duo can be seen grinning behind the scenes of the ITV quiz show and running in women's footwear.

Ant can't stop smiling as he admires one of his shoes while changing out of his trainers.

The prank has been eagerly anticipated by fans ever since the show teased a clip of the pair winding up The Chase host Bradley Walsh.

He will be seen being tricked when Ant and Dec take over the contestants on The Chase.

They will make a series of blunders that see Bradley react hilariously before winning a £200,000 prize fund - the highest ever.

Meanwhile Ant and Dec have pleaded with fans to send in their home videos to help with tomorrow's live episode of Saturday Night Takeaway.

It will be the first to ever film without a studio audience, and the presenting duo have called on their fans to help out by sending in videos to include in their weekly End of the Show show.

"#SaturdayNightTakeaway NEEDS YOU! We have no studio audience this week so we want YOU, the audience at home, to be the stars of the #EndOfTheShowShow," the pair shared on Twitter.

"Film (in landscape) yourself, your family, your pets, whatever, dancing along to @ollymurs ‘Dance With Me Tonight’ at home, for at least 1 min.....then SUBMIT it to us.

"And you could end up as part of a brilliant EOTSS! See you (and yourself!) on the telly!!"

On Tuesday it was confirmed that this Saturday's episode will go ahead without a studio audience due to the coronavirus outbreak, and a day later the production team went into rehearsals with Ant and Dec via video chat.

"A quick hello from a very different #SaturdayNightTakeaway script meeting!" the pair shared on Instagram.

"We’ll massively miss our studio audience but the show will go on this weekend. Stay safe everyone, we’ll see you on the telly this Saturday.

The Sun revealed that for the first time in the show's history viewers will be banned from coming to watch the show after crisis talks on Tuesday.

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly held an emergency meeting with ITV bosses over the future of their hit primetime show; the long-running series involves a large studio audience and encourages participation throughout the hour-long episode.

A spokesperson for Saturday Night Takeaway told The Sun: “Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway will go ahead this weekend without a studio audience.

“Our priority is safeguarding the well-being of everyone involved.

“The show will be made with a reduced production crew and in accordance with the latest guidance from Public Health England.

“The team are looking forward to bringing our viewers a brilliant show on Saturday evening.”
