Inside James Arthur’s sprawling mansion as he opens up on mental health struggles in emotional documentary
JAMES Arthur has given fans a peek into his life at his sprawling mansion as he opens up about his mental health struggles in a new documentary
The 33-year-old has a stunning home featuring a pool, games room and studio but he has now opened up about the challenges he has faced throughout his life amid his mental health battle.
The star bravely discussed his issues in the BBC Three authored documentary James Arthur: Out Of Our Minds where he admitted that despite his luxurious house, he has struggled to ever feel settled.
“I’ve moved seven or eight times which is indicative of how unsettled I feel,” he says.
“I am in a beautiful house with everything I need but I feel like I’m living in an Airbnb. I felt more and more isolated.
“I don’t fit in. I feel I might get closer to who I am with people who knew the weird little ADHD kid I was.
“I’ve battled with my mental health for decades."
Images show the huge house with two plush cars park outside on the spacious driveway.
Inside the property has a large swimming pool with its very own hot tub.
The living room is also not short on space, with a big TV and comfy looking sofa.
If James is struggling for things to do there is also a games room and a studio – where he could work on some new music.
Another room features a pool table and there is even a darts board.
James has left his stamp throughout the house and one room features pillows featuring the Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter logos.
The star rose to fame after being crowned winner of the X Factor in 2012 and he’s thought to have a net worth of around £4million.
