CHERYL broke down in tears as she watched the final performance of young dance duo Lily and Joseph on The Greatest Dancer.
The dance captain got emotional during her act's final dance, which was a routine to Rise Up by Andra Day.
The performance showcased the youngster's passion and commitment to the art and choreography of the dance, despite being so inexperienced compared to the other finalists.
Cheryl, who performed with Lily and Joseph in the couple's first dance, couldn't hide her emotions as they came to the end of their final performance on The Greatest Dancer stage.
Lily and Joseph reached the final of the competition, but were beaten Oti Mabuse's act Michael and Jowita who were crowned winners.
Girls Aloud star Cheryl stood up to speak to her act and her face was quite literally sodden with tears.
The singer said: "I’m finding it really hard to recover.
"From the first time I saw you, you were my greatest dancers of the day. I fell in love with you.
"To think that you weren’t dancing a year ago…I love you so much."
Backstage, an overwhelmed Lily and Joseph recalled the magical moment dancing on the show one last time, saying: "It took us back to the first time that Cheryl fell in love with us and that was just absolutely amazing to feel that."

Earlier in the week, Cheryl, 36, shared a cute video of herself rehearsing with Lily, 11, and Joseph 9 as they got ready for the big final.
The dance captain teased a glimpse of what was in store for the trio but was soon left exhausted by the over-excited youngsters.
However, Cheryl, who has a long background in dance, proved she is flexible as she is seen stretching into a dance position as Lily and Joseph started doing back flips effortlessly.
Lily and Joseph have been dancing contemporary together for just over a year and despite a difficult start on the dancing show, the pair kept on improving and made it all the way to the final.
