'BOSS LADY'

Scarlett Moffatt posts natural selfie as she refuses to apologise to anyone who thinks her body isn’t ‘good enough’

SHE recently shared a swimsuit photo and spoke about her "boobs and cellulite", and now Scarlett Moffatt has refused to apologise to anyone who doesn't like her body.

The former Gogglebox star, 30, took to Instagram last night to show off a T-shirt she has chosen to go in her fashion edit with high street brand Peacocks.

Posting another mirror selfie to her two million followers, Scarlett wrote alongside it: "2020 is the year I feel like a boss & im not afraid to say it.

"I’m taking ownership for my body and not apologising to anyone who thinks my looks aren’t 'good enough for them'."

She continued: "That’s why I added this boss lady tee to my edit with @peacocks_fashion plus 15% goes to the amazing charity @makeawishuk which help make dreams come true.

Unsurprisingly, Scarlett was met with plenty of praise and compliments from her fans thanks to her honest post.

"Looking amazing as always," one person wrote, while another commented: "You look stunning Scarlett."

A third person posted: "You look beautiful," in response to the smiley picture, which saw Scarlett show off her new shorter hairdo.

Along with her grey Boss Lady T-shirt, the former Saturday Night Takeaway co-presenter wore black skinny jeans, a chic beige blazer and white trainers.

Earlier this year Scarlett told us she is still striving to be more confident in herself and doesn't always feel great when she looks in the mirror.

Speaking to The Sun Online, she said: "I feel I’d be lying to you now if I said 'wow, I feel great when I look in the mirror.' Because some days I do and then other days I have a bit of a down day, but I feel that’s every woman."

She added: "I feel it’s probably emphasised because people can read about it, or I have a few more followers than other people so I get a little bit more negativity."

However, she's also become someone who other women also reach out to with their own body hang ups, and she wants to use her platform to spread a positive message.

"Sometimes I’ll get messages from women, and I’ve been there myself, where people put things off because they feel they don’t look how society says they should look, this conventional Barbie figure," she said.

"I’ve had women say they put off holidays because they daren’t be seen around the pool.
