STACEY Dooley has hinted she might be teaming up with boyfriend and Strictly Come Dancing star Kevin Clifton, after he announced he would be leaving the show.
Kevin, 37, shocked fans on Instagram when he revealed he would be leaving the BBC competition after seven years, admitting in an emotional post that he "wanted to leave on a high".
Kevin won Strictly in 2018 with Stacey and the pair went public as a couple soon after.
The 37-year-old has partnered with some big names on Strictly including Louise Redknapp, Susanna Reid, Frankie Bridge and Kellie Bright.
Last year, he and Anneka Rice were the second pair to be eliminated from the competition.
He won the Christmas special with Debbie McGee which will now mark his last time on the dance floor.
Stacey led the tribute to the dancer which came flowing quickly after his announcement.
"(sic)...will always be the King of Strictly. Well done darlin. Watch this space!!!!" she wrote on Instagram, posting a selfie of the couple, with Kevin wearing dark framed glasses and winking at the camera.
But it's her video tribute to Kevin, that has set tongues wagging that the pair might be involved in a joint project.
Speaking to the camera she gushed: "I just wanted to say, Kevin I'm so proud of what you've achieved on that show is remarkable and it's completely undeniable, without question you are the most successful pro Strictly's ever had, that's because you work so bloody hard and you're kind and you're so full of grace and you're so talented."
Stacey added with a cheeky smirk: "And I cannot wait to see what you've got coming up for us next."
The joint project might be something in radio as Stacey pointed out she was had Magic Radio playing and dancing to the music at the start of her tribute to Kevin.
He already hosts a podcast called the Kevin Clifton Podcast which is a discussion of the dance industry and his life experiences.
Stacey has had a long career in media, first hitting UK screens in 2008 and was appointed an MBE for her services to broadcast in 2018.
The couple became close during their stint on Strictly but maintained they did not become a couple until Stacey had split from her personal trainer boyfriend Sam Tucknott.
Kevin has been married three times before moving in with Stacey including marrying fellow professional dance, Karen Hauer.
Up next for Kevin is a national tour with the Burn the Floor ballroom spectacular show.
Kevin's decision to leave Strictly might not come as much of a shock to his fans after telling Katie Piper on her podcast Extraordinary People that he did not want to be on the show by the time he was 40.
“It has to happen at some point, I don’t see myself doing this when I’m 40,” Kevin said earlier this month.
Stacey was one of many celebrities to pay tribute to Kevin, with many flooding his Instagram to wish him well.
Strictly judge Shirley Ballas said: "Whatever you do wherever you go you will bring joy and love. You are a unique and special person. I’m so fortunate to have followed your journey. I wish you the very very best and I know you will be great at what ever you choose to do. Hugs to you sir.:
While Good Morning Britain host Susanne Reid wrote: "From your first, thank you - and congratulations on being such an incredible part of the show."
Kevin's post announcing his decision has wracked up almost 47,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
