THE Good Karma Hospital is set to return for a third instalment TONIGHT - and fans can't wait.
The ITV medical drama, which follows the trials of junior doctor, Ruby Walker, in a South Indian hospital, is back to add some spice to our evenings. So what can we expect?
When is The Good Karma Hospital series three on ITV?
The Good Karma Hospital will be back on our screens tonight (Sunday, March 15).
It will air on ITV and begin at 8pm.
It was originally meant to return in 2019, but was pushed back to 2020.
The show's lead screenwriter Dan Sefton told , "we are very proud of the series".

What is The Good Karma Hospital about?
The Good Karma is a medical drama series following the life of a disillusioned doctor, Ruby Walker.
Ruby sets off for South India hoping to make a fresh start after a nasty break-up.
She then finds herself working at The Good Karma Hospital - an overworked hospital run by a gloriously eccentric Englishwoman, Doctor Lydia Fonseca.
The hospital turns no one away, and deals with its fair share of drama as a result.
What happens in series three?
At the end of the last season, fans were left on a cliffhanger as Dr Ruby left Dr Gabriel but asked him to wait for her.
This storyline will surely have some more twists and turns as the pair try to work out their relationship.
The drama will also explore a harrowing acid attack storyline involving actress Amanda Redman.

The actress, who suffered a burn on her arm as a child, worked on the storyline with series creator Dan Sefton.
Discussing the upcoming story, Sefton said:"It's a really strong, moving story at the heart of this year, about a victim of an acid attack."
